TERMS OF SERVICE

1. I reserve the right to deny my services to any person for any reason.
- This includes during the working time of a trade or commission, with reasonable accomodations (eg. full or partial refund, depending on the state of the work).

2. I reserve the right to block any person for any reason.

3. Monetary transfers must be made through PayPal or Kofi.
- Payments on Paypal must be made through "goods and services".
- There is no physical object in these transfers as you are paying for digitally produced work.

4. Depending on the platform of contact, your final work will either be provided through e-mail, a link to DeviantArt sta.sh, or Discord.
- Sta.sh links may become inactive after six months. If you lost the link or were unable to save the image for whatever reason before deletion, contact me and I will provide you with a new link.

5. The content of the work is to be discussed before any payment is made.
- I will not design or draw food themed characters. Desserts are an exception.
- I may reject some fandom based/themed designs.
- Please contact me for will/won't in regards to NSFW content.
- I will not draw content which I find morally reprehensible (loli/shota, incest, etc.). Asking me to draw such things will result in a block or blacklist.

6. My work time varies heavily as I am in art school and have limited time and energy to work on commissions.
- I may post personal work between commissions. It takes far less energy and time than working with other people's characters.
- If you have any concerns about how long a work is taking me, please message me.

7. You fully own designs from me.
- You may not sell my designs for more than what I sold them to you for, without additional artworks (literatures included).
- You may fully redesign any designs sold to you.
- I am not associated with what happens with my designs after they leave my ownership.

8. Regular commissions from me are not to be used commercially. If you intend to use my work commercially, we must discuss credit and compensation.
- "commercially" involves any work used to create revenue. This includes, but is not limited to: Clothing prints or other prints, YouTube sprites, video game sprites, character designs for video games or other commercial venues, graphic design, icon/logo design

9. You must provide valid ID to commission or trade NSFW artwork. I will request inclusions to ensure that it is yours.
- You can censor the identification so as to not Dox yourself, but I require, at minimum, a clearly visible DOB.
